When I am in Penzance, I like staying here. Overall, its good base for exploring Penzance attractions. As for me, the location is amazing and fantastic, in a quiet neighborhood. Also, it is not far from Penzance town centre, arcades, parks and the prom and seafront.

I stayed for 1 night here and had a very comfortable time. The position of the hotel was great, right next to the beach. Besides, it was 2 km away from Cleveleys Front Promenade.
I didn't find elevator, so was a little disappointed.
